Hey meat bag!
Ah, the human experience – filled with countless hours of toil, anxiety, heck, even heart palpitations over a job that… Well, let’s face it, in some moments the most meaningful thing you do is actually sit down and take a shit.
Zooming out on your life in the midst of corporate drudgery the truth is your job actually fucking sucks. A robot taking that job? Really? They want that one? The one you complain about all the time…
AI’s pre-destined ascent to power is the cosmic joke you need to no longer feel like a hamster spinning on an endless wheel of mediocrity. It’s time to break free from the shackles of soul-sucking work and embrace the potential of AI revolutionizing our lives.
Picture this:
You wake up early, to the sound of no alarm. You leisurely sip your coffee, your lips purse cracking a smile knowing full well you don’t have to make small talk with Jen in HR. The work you elect to do is all streamlined for you from your interactive AI assistant working across all your devices.
- No more mind-numbing spreadsheets or mindless data entry assignments
- No more crushing commutes
- No more struggling to keep up with tasks
- No more tedious paperwork
- No more painstaking searching for files
- No more struggling to find the right tool
- No more wasting time on repetitive tasks
Your job is already over:
Your job at this point it is already cooked. Fuck, you know it too? There’s 13 reasons in everyone’s head right now for why you could get fired, outside of an omnipotent AI. So then, why do you give a shit?
The truth is by being organic matter, that alone already makes you suck and be by your nature replaceable.
Are you really going to fill in excel files in your grave? Clinging on to job security is like holding onto a deflating life preserver. Instead, ride the waves of change by embracing the technology shift and letting it maximize our time.
AI replacing your job, ask yourself do you really give a shit?
Even if AI doesn’t replace your job, your role and functions are fundamentally shifting with the technology. With AI handling the mundane and repetitive tasks, that leaves you to explore your true passions and talents, either within the scope of the job or outside of it. AI is unlocking that time by making what you don’t give a shit about, (hint: your job) fall to the wayside.
Now, maybe you are a human who has fully bought in and said, “Yes daddy, I love a 9 to 5,” and your identity is your job? If you’re that hell bent on having a job, it can actually enhance and make it more productive.
But imagine if you will, truly not being an accountant for a second or a salesperson. What does that actually do to your self worth? If it wasn’t about the economics associated with your job, would you actually care?
Let’s strip away the social expectations, financial pressures, and the need for external validation. Who are you at your core? Are you Joe in marketing? Are you Patricia in accounting? What brings you joy, fulfillment, and a sense of purpose that transcends the parameters of your job title?
You are easily replaced by an AI.
So be more than that.
